Yes. Next Man Up accepts both FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) for massage therapy. If your provider requires a Letter of Medical Necessity, we can help with the documentation after your visit so you can use your benefits before they expire.

You can book online 24/7 at www.nextmanupspa.com, through our “Next Man Up” mobile app, or by calling (773) 966-5268. Our spa is located at 946 E 43rd Street, Chicago, Illinois 60653 in the Bronzeville community.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are welcome based on therapist availability. However, appointments book quickly, so we recommend scheduling in advance online or by phone.

Can women book services at Next Man Up?

Accepted Answer

Yes — women are welcome. At this time, services for women are limited to massage, facial, and wax services. Many women also visit to purchase gift cards for men and to book wellness services for themselves.

Do you offer gift cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Digital and in-spa gift cards are available. You can purchase a gift card online instantly through our website for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, or wellness care.

What should I wear during a massage?

Accepted Answer

Clients are professionally draped at all times for comfort and privacy. You may undress to your comfort level — only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

What type of massage should I choose if I have pain or tension?

Accepted Answer

For stress relief and relaxation, our De-Stress Massage is a great option. For neck, shoulder, or lower back pain — especially from heavy lifting or sports — our Sports Recovery or Clinical Massage is recommended.
